Earthen Goodness uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, process orders, and arrange shipping.

Information you provide

Our contact forms collect your name, email, message, and any business or ordering details you choose to share. Checkout collects the contact and delivery information needed to send your order.

Payments and shipping

Card and billing details are entered on Square’s hosted checkout. This website stores order details and payment references, rather than your full card number. Delivery details are shared with Shippo and the selected carrier to calculate postage and arrange shipment.

Your cart and order status

Your browser saves your cart on your device. A checkout cookie links your browser to its shipping quote and order status. Clearing browser data may remove your cart and access to that order’s status page; contact the farm if you need help finding an order.

Inquiries and records

Messages and order records are available to the farm for customer service and fulfillment. If an inquiry delivery service is configured, it receives your submitted contact details and message. Hosting providers also process technical information needed to run and protect the website.

Recipes and other websites

Recipe images and video thumbnails may load from their publishers’ servers. Playing a video loads the YouTube player. Those services receive connection information, such as your IP address, and their own privacy policies apply. Following an external recipe link takes you to that publisher’s website.

Privacy questions

To ask about information you’ve submitted or request a correction or deletion, contact the farm. Please identify the email address or order involved so we can locate the relevant record and verify the request. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, accounting, or legal requirements.
